To read/print PDF forms, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader (or another software capable of reading this format) installed on your computer. You can obtain a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader from the [External]Adobe Acrobat website.

For questions on how to fill out a form, how to find a particular form, or anything relating to the specific reason that you need the form, you will have to contact the agency which owns that form. The Porter County Government webmaster cannot answer questions regarding the functions of other departments, but merely provides electronic versions of their forms -- only those which they request to be placed online -- in a centralized location.
